Mid / Senior level Technical Support Agents

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience working in SaaS companies with a client-facing product technical support role
  • Experienced explaining technical complex software setups to clients with less technical experience
  • Team-leader and or project management experience

Core skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Independent and proactive – You know how to utilize online and offline available resources and if you can’t find the answer, you reach out and document the answer for future use
  • Comfortable with extensive knowledge of various tools/tech i.e Zendesk, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google apps
  • Ability to work full time and are willing to cover a 24/7 periode including,  evenings, night shifts, and weekends
  • Comfortable working with high pressure stressing situations
  • Always willing to support other team’s and team-members
