Crisis Simulation

In light of the current corona virus epidemic, we have been conducting a Business Continuity Planning drills in which employees work remotely from home. This will ensure that even in the case of a crisis we will be able to deliver our services to our clients uninterrupted.

This simulation takes place in two stages. The first is operating with a skeletal crew in office, consisting primarily of management and leads, while the majority worked from home. In the second stage, all employees worked from home, with the office completely empty.

At the end, we will use the information we gathered throughout the process to optimize the proceedings and create a comprehensive plan in case of an emergency.

We encourage other companies to conduct similar exercises, and will be posting the outcomes of our drill for the benefit of all.
