Mid / Senior level Technical Support Agents
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of experience working in SaaS companies with a client-facing product technical support role
- Experienced explaining technical complex software setups to clients with less technical experience
- Team-leader and or project management experience
Core skills required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Independent and proactive – You know how to utilize online and offline available resources and if you can’t find the answer, you reach out and document the answer for future use
- Comfortable with extensive knowledge of various tools/tech i.e Zendesk, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google apps
- Ability to work full time and are willing to cover a 24/7 periode including, evenings, night shifts, and weekends
- Comfortable working with high pressure stressing situations
- Always willing to support other team’s and team-members
